The SuperComputing Science Consortium, (SC)2, is a partnership of the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center (PSC), Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Pittsburgh, West Virginia University (WVU), the West Virginia Office of Technology, Duquesne University, and Waynesburg University. The partnership improves the ability of the partners to advance energy and environment technologies through the application of high performance computing and communications (HPCC).
